Template 05: Inbox Triage Agent

Reads your new email, summarizes what matters, labels everything, and drafts replies for you to review. It never sends, deletes or unsubscribes on its own.

Who it's for

Busy founders, miners and operators whose inbox is a mix of customers, vendors, pool and hosting notices, newsletters and noise. You want to open your email to a short list of "what needs me" with replies already drafted.

What it does

A few times a day it:

• Reads new email since the last run.
• Sorts each one into a label:
• Needs reply: a real person waiting on you
• Action / deadline: bills, renewals, contracts, anything with a date
• Alerts: pool, hosting, exchange, security and login notices
• FYI: worth knowing, no action needed
• Newsletters: digest later
• Low priority: promos and cold pitches
• Drafts replies for Needs reply emails in your voice and saves them as drafts in your mailbox.
• Sends you a summary: the 3–10 emails that need you, one line each, with a note on which have drafts ready.
• Flags anything risky (urgent payment requests, "verify your account," changed wallet or bank details) as possible scam and never drafts a reply that moves money or shares credentials.
